have stayed in fairly good shape thanks to ....well genetics (thanks
mom). However, once I tiptoed in my 30's I have noticed a difference.
My first week is completed and I could be happier I decided to sign up. Niki treats each of us like she is our personal trainer
not just a participant. She is takes the time to observe each of our
fitness levels and helps us push ourselves in a safe way. We even
received an online fitness tracker that includes a journal to help us
track our progress and so much more.This would be quite expensive
elsewhere. I recommend her camp to the ladies who are looking to loose
weight, tone, and live a healthier lifestyle."

"Let me tell you from my person experience about Niki’s boot camp. It is really the best work out I have ever done.
I am 35 yrs old, mother of 3 and I have been out of shape for years. I
wish I could say it was due to having 3 kids but it is not all because
of that. Over the years, I have become just lazy and have carried
around 30 or so extra pounds! After finally being sick and tired of
being sick and tired, I came across Niki’s website. My friend and I
decided to give it a try. I am now in my second month of boot camp and
I have already starting to see results! I have noticed a big
difference in my stamina and how much better I feel mentally and
physically. Oh yeah, the pounds and inches are starting to come of

"5:15 am workouts are not my first idea for a fun time but she makes it really worth it. Running, circuit training followed by gluts and ab work makes the hour fly by.... I went home this past week to Austin and my entire family was asking what I was doing different and that was after just one week!
